GENERAL DISCLAIMER
Euro’s Fun House LLC provides event rental equipment and related services, including professional delivery, setup, takedown, and on-site supervision when applicable. While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure equipment is properly installed, monitored, and removed, Euro’s Fun House LLC does not guarantee the safety of all participants, guests, or third parties.
Events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to guest behavior, weather conditions, surface conditions, power availability, venue limitations, and factors beyond the control of Euro’s Fun House LLC and its staff.

CHILDREN & INFLATABLE EQUIPMENT DISCLAIMER
Euro’s Fun House LLC provides inflatable and amusement equipment, including but not limited to bouncy houses, popcorn machines, slushy machines, and related attractions. The client acknowledges that inflatable and amusement equipment carries inherent risks, particularly when used by children.
While Euro’s Fun House LLC staff may supervise equipment operation, staff supervision does not replace parental or guardian responsibility. The client agrees that parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision, safety, and behavior of children using the equipment.
Euro’s Fun House LLC shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from failure to follow posted rules, staff instructions, overcrowding, rough play, misuse of equipment, or unauthorized access.

AUDIO, PHOTO BOOTH & ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT DISCLAIMER
Euro’s Fun House LLC provides DJ equipment, speakers, 360 photo booths, and other electronic or powered equipment. The client is responsible for ensuring safe electrical access, appropriate power supply, and protection from weather or liquid exposure.
Euro’s Fun House LLC shall not be liable for damages or injuries resulting from power failure, electrical issues, guest interference, spills, improper venue wiring, or unauthorized operation of equipment.

VENUE & ENVIRONMENT DISCLAIMER
The client is responsible for ensuring that the event location is safe, level, and suitable for the installation and operation of rental equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, inflatables, and electronic equipment.
Euro’s Fun House LLC shall not be responsible for injuries or damages caused by uneven ground, slippery surfaces, venue hazards, weather conditions, or venue staff actions.

DAMAGE, LOSS & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The client assumes full financial responsibility for all rental equipment from the time of delivery until removal. This includes damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning caused by guests, vendors, venue staff, weather exposure, or misuse.
The client agrees to pay repair or replacement costs for any damaged, lost, or stolen items.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
By booking services with Euro’s Fun House LLC, the client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Euro’s Fun House LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the event, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
